This doesn't mean you can't work with it, on the contrary. With this version you can listen to songs created on all versions, and you can make your own songs!

Guardian 2.0
Features
Here are the main features of Guardian, the only existing application of its kind today:
- Sms Notification -
Guardian automatically sends an sms notification about the change of the sim card containing additional information (new owner’s phone number, GSM cell ID of the terminal to which the telephone is connected, country ID and current network). Such sms messages are sent without notifying the new user.
- AutoStart -
Guardian autoruns every time you turn on your mobile phone; to be fully operative, users simply need to install it and set it up.
- AutoHiding -
When an unauthorized sim card is inserted (or in case the mobile phone is turned on without any sim card inserted), the program will switch to invisible mode (and therefore will not be accessible anymore). The new user will not be aware of the presence of an antitheft system. When an authorized sim card is inserted, Guardian will return to visible mode.
- Multilanguage -
Guardian includes multilanguage features; Just download the correct version for your language.
- Uninstall Protection -
This feature protects the system from unauthorized uninstallation. The program is not visible among the installed programs; to be uninstalled, a specific procedure is required, which may be accessed from the program only.
- Hard Reset Protection -
Modern mobile devices are equipped with a procedure (hard-reset) which allows to restore default settings (removing every installed software). Similar antitheft software programs may be blocked by using this procedure. Guardian features an advanced shadow copy system; in 90% of cases the program is not deleted after a hard-reset.
- Low Overhead -
During the day-to-day usage of the phone with an authorized SIM, Guardian will not use any memory resource, and it will not even run in the backround. The program will start every time the phone is turned on and if the SIM is authorized it will simply turn off without wasting any resource.
(*) Remote Control Plugins
Once a sim card change has been notified, users may send sms commands to Guardian.
- Recover your sms and your Phonebook's contacts from your stolen mobile.
- Gain informations about the thief, monitoring his activities like sent and received sms, incoming and outgoing calls, phonebooks contacts added.
- Track the movements of your mobile, using the gsm cell-id localization.

mIRGGI.v0.4.92.S60v2.SymbianOS7

mIRGGI is the first IRC client for S60 3rd Edition devices. It is also available for 2nd edition devices. It is currently in early stages because I just began writing it on 10th of March. I've been meaning to do this for a long time but haven't gotten to it. I don't like the J2ME IRC clients (one big reason is that they suck up a lot of memory on S60) and I don't like using PuTTY, especially on devices without keyboard. Also their fonts are quite ugly (I like small vector fonts, as is obvious from this release http://www.mobilesmania.com/forum/style_emoticons/smilies/smile.gif

0.4.92, which is a beta version. So it might have nasty bugs, crash etc. Please report everything so I can fix them. Especially check the color settings etc when running for the first time. They are probably messed up.

logging
more color selections
transparency, so that the skin is shown
timestamp can show seconds
button bar hidden, so more space for texts
password hidden
settings are divided to separate screens

RoboForm for Symbian devices allows you to synchronize RoboForm Passcards, Identities and Safenotes between your desktop and Symbian devices. You can view synchronized Passcards, Identities and Safenotes on Symbian. Full-featured password generator is included.

Features and Manual
• Viewer Only, no Form Filler.
RoboForm for Symbian faithfully reproduces RoboForm for desktop. However, you can only view RoboForm data on Symbian device, not edit it (data editing may be implemented later). Also RoboForm does not fill forms on Symbian, its primary function is to view Passcards, Safenotes and Identities that you accumulated on desktop.

• No Synchronization At This Time.
RoboForm does not synchronize Passcards, Safenotes and Identities between desktop and Symbian device at this time. You have to copy files to device by yourself - to flash card or internal memory. It is recommended to copy RoboForm files to folder "\My RoboForm Data" on the device.

• Navigator.
Choose the type of RoboForm files that you want to view from menu:
- select Passcard (Star With Legs) to see the list of Passcards and Bookmarks,
- select Safenote (Note) button to see the list of Safenotes,
- select Identity (Person) button to see the list of Identities and Contacts.
- select All Files to see all RoboForm data files: Passcards, Bookmarks, Safenotes, Identities and Contacts.

• Folders.
Put related Passcards, Identities or Safenotes into a Folder on desktop and then browse folders on Symbian. Note that folder tree should be create on desktop and on Symbian you can only browse it.
To get into the folder, tap the folder name.
To one level up in the tree of folders, click the ".." item at the top.
To get to the Home (Root) folder, click the Home icon.
To open the file, tap the file name.

• Password Protection and Encryption.
All Passcards, Identities and Safenotes that are password-protected on desktop are encrypted by Master Password on Symbian and opening them on Symbian requires entering Master Password. So even if your Symbian is stolen, nobody can steal your RoboForm data from Symbian. Note that you must create Master Password on desktop and sync to make MP available on Symbian.
Protection Status Indicator.
When inside Passcard, Safenote or Identity, password protection status of the file is shown by Lock icon in the lower part of the screen. If Lock is locked and Yellow then the file is password protected and you can determine the encryption method by clicking the Lock icon. If Lock is gray and unlocked then the file is not password protected.
Master Password Entered Indicator.
If Yellow Key icon shown in file navigator is enabled, it means that you entered Master Password and that it is cached in Symbian memory. Click the Yellow Key icon to clear (uncache) the password from memory. This is the same as Logoff command in desktop RoboForm.
Decryption Speed.
AES decryption may be slow on Symbian, because it requires a lot of arithmetic operations. If you feel that opening AES-protected passcards takes too much time on your device, reprotect passcards on desktop with weaker and faster encryption such as 3DES, then sync to Symbian and passcards will open faster.

• Password Generator.
Click Lightning icon on RoboForm toolbar and RoboForm full-featured Password Generator will appear.
Available commands: Generate.
Available options: password length, character classes.

• International Charsets.
Both RoboForm on desktop and RoboForm on Symbian use UNICODE to store characters, so international characters will be correctly shown on Symbian.

And now it's time for version 0.4.93. The most waited new feature is SSL support. It supports SSL3 and TLS1. I've also fixed a couple of bugs, but I haven't found the reason for the crash in Settings/General while connected and on a channel. There was also a problem when closing mIRGGI. Sometimes the app would just hang. It's fixed now also.

And now there's the b version which removes the KERN-EXEC 0 and the password field won't crash either.

This is a hobby project and mainly targeted at my needs but I will try to find some relaxing time to enhance it. And especially the things that bother me personally will get fixed fast. There are most certainly some bugs but I have successfully used it for several hours at a time via GPRS without problems.

mIRGGI has also been seen for a selected few as a terminal IRC client for Linux and Windows. Those versions haven't been updated for a loooong time and were never really released. I might do a version for Windows Mobile someday, too.

How To Use It?
First, change the settings (they are automatically displayed when running mIRGGI for the first time). Input nick, username, realname and server. Press back and then connect.

If you want mIRGGI to connect to channels or open query windows on startup, input them to Auto windows setting. Separate channels and nicks with commas. If you need keys for channels, you can input them too. Example: #channel key,&channel2,nick1,nick2 will open #channel with a key, &channel2 without a key and query windows for nicks nick1 and nick2. These windows are numbered 1-4 and you can use keys 1-4 to quickswitch to them.

To input text, press enter or OK button. This will bring the cursor to the input line at the bottom of the screen. Press enter or OK to send the line/command. If you don't want to type anything, pressing OK/enter on an empty line disables inputting. If the line starts with / it is considered a command, otherwise the text is sent to the channel or query target.

When not inputting text, left/right change the windows. Also pressing 0-9 will jump to that window (0 is always the server window, channels and queries start from 1). Up/down will scroll the current window. At the moment, the window scrolls down when new text arrives. I know, this can be annoying sometimes.

Windows are created when joining to a channel or starting a query. They are not closed if you leave a channel at this time. You can use /cquery command to change the nick in the current query window if the other party changes their nick.

What Commands Does It Support?
Commands start with / as usual and the following commands are supported: msg, nick, join, leave, part, query, cquery, mode, me, topic, away, who, whois, whowas. Mode accepts * as the first parameter which means the current channel.

All other lines starting with / are sent as-is to the server, like /quote command on some clients. So you can also send commands that are not on the list, you just might have to add : characters to certain places.

mIRGGI also should be CTCP compliant as it provides responses to these required CTCP messages: CLIENTINFO, VERSION, PING. Also CTCP ACTIONs are shown and sent. mIRGGI does not yet implement sending these.

Version 0.4.91

- Text color and background can be changed. However some colors (timestamps, errors etc) are not changeable yet.
- Message sound can be set. The sound must be in the phone memory, under Sounds. Just click and select the sound. If you want to remove the sound, press C or Backspace on the setting (in the list mode, don't go to the file selection).
- Message sound volume can be set
- If message sound is set and volume is not minimum, then every time you get a private message you will get this sound. The sound will stop when you press any key, so if you have a 10 minute MP3 file as the notification sound, it won't play for 10 minutes.
- Timestamps can be set on or off.
- Text input box is the correct size depending on the font size.
- Channel topic is shown on the title bar after the channel name.
- Messages for yourself (modes), from NickServ/ChanServ are written to the server window, not to a new chat window.
- Settings items are on the selected language, not always in English as in 0.4.90
- Commands have shortcuts. If you want to use /join, you can write /j, /jo, /joi or /join. So just write enough of the beginning of the command to make it unique (/m is /msg, /mo is /mode etc).
- Dutch language added

mIRGGI has been tested on Nokia N93, E70, E61, N73 and E60. It should work on any S60 3rd Edition device. 2nd edition version has been tested on 6260 and N70. [/size][/font]

WHAT'S IT?
Simply it's an utility to compare no of files in your mobile.

How it works?
The biggest problem for mobile users is, they don't know which files are installed by an application. So we are here to help you. Suppose, you have installed LCG JUKEBOX, which creates a random file which saves the play time in your mobile (demo). So just 'scan' your mobile using this application before you install any application and 'rescan' after installed and one more time after uninstalled!

That's all, our script display which files are placed in which directories, which files are not deleted after uninstalling.

So you can use it as File Washer.

DESCRIPTION

Guardian is the new antitheft system for Symbian Series 60 devices.
Every time you switch on your mobile telephone, Guardian proceeds with authentication of the inserted sim card; if authentication fails, Guardian send a notification sms message to a previously set telephone number.
In addition, the system features remote control functions, i.e. deleting your photographs/phone book/text messages/video/audio data in case of loss or theft of your mobile phone (see Plugins section).

Please NOTE that all the sms sent / received by Guardian will not notified in any way to the user, no icons, no lights, no sounds, no vibro, nothing visibile in inbox/sent/outbox messages folder, and of course, no traces left in logs.

FEATURES

- Sms Notification -

- AutoStart -

Similar antitheft software programs may be blocked by using this procedure. Guardian features an advanced shadow copy system; in 90% of cases the program is not deleted after a hard-reset.

- Low Overhead -

During the day-to-day usage of the phone with an authorized SIM, Guardian will not use any memory resource, and it will not even run in the backround. The program will start every time the phone is turned on and if the SIM is authorized it will simply turn off without wasting any resource.

It is also available for 2nd edition devices. It is currently in early stages because I just began writing it on 10th of March. I've been meaning to do this for a long time but haven't gotten to it. I don't like the J2ME IRC clients (one big reason is that they suck up a lot of memory on S60) and I don't like using PuTTY, especially on devices without keyboard. Also their fonts are quite ugly (I like small vector fonts, as is obvious from this release

This is a hobby project and mainly targeted at my needs but I will try to find some relaxing time to enhance it. And especially the things that bother me personally will get fixed fast. There are most certainly some bugs but I have successfully used it for several hours at a time via GPRS without problems.

Fixed FIVN Player plays at the beginning of a song after received calls and SMS messages.

FIVN Player is created for easy and simple usage. It has a lot of functions, settings and it supports many sound formats.

FIVN Player uses phone plug-ins to play sound files. Formats that the player tries to check if they can be played are: aac, amr, mid, mp3, mp4, ogg, wav and wma.

FIVN Player having two user interfaces are: play list and popup list. Popup list is the legacy user interface from the previous version that can show background pictures.

FIVN Player can be controlled by the navigation keys. The functions for each key are:
Selection Key to play/pause the sound
Scroll Up to scroll the previous sound
Scroll Down to scroll the next sound
Scroll Left to reduce the volume
Scroll Right to increase the volume

Other function keys are:
<0> to reset the play list
<1> to scroll the previous sound
<2> to play/pause the sound
<3> to scroll the next sound
<4> to rewind the sound (20 seconds)
<5> to stop the playing sound
<6> to fast forward the sound (20 seconds)
<7> to scroll the previous page
<8> to go the current sound
<9> to scroll the next page

Functions in the Options menu are:
To refresh list, select Commands > Refresh list
To play a position of sound, select Commands > Rewind/Fast forward

Settings for FIVN Player are:
Sound priority to set the sound device priority.
GUI mode to set the user interface mode.
Playback mode to set the playback mode. Normal means to play sounds from the top to the bottom. Random means to play every sound once randomly. Repeat means to play sounds repeatedly.
Repeat to set how many times the sound is repeated. It is in effect only when Repeat is selected in the Playback mode.
Search folders to set folders to be searched. If All is selected, other selections will be deselected. The Sound packages selection is reserved for future use.
Search formats to set sound formats that the player tries to search. This shows only those formats that the player can play.
Sort by name to set sorting sounds in alphabetical order.
Play on start to set playing a sound when FIVN Player is started.
Icon animation to set icon animation.

FIVN Player is based on Nokia S60 (Series 60) version 2.0. It has been tested on Nokia 7610, Nokia 6630, Nokia 6260 and Nokia N70.

PhoneMouse of the research center VTT, is a call sample “increased reality”, an experiment that allows to control the cursor of our Windows by means of the camera of a moving body Symbian S60 2ª edition.
