Em vừa mới thử xong, bác chọn đoạn cần cut (trên thanh chạy có 2 mũi tên ở dưới, 1 cái là bắt đầu, 1 cái kết thúc).
Sau đó chọn Edit>Cut (hoặc Copy) rồi chọn File>New Player, Paste đoạn vừa cut xong. Sau đó bác Save as... dưới dạng file nào cũng đc ^^

Bác có thể làm theo cách đơn giản sau đây:
1. Mở máy, vào Windows bằng quyền Administrator.
2. Start menu > Settings > Control Panel (nếu sử dụng XP)
3. D. click vào mục "User Accounts", cửa sổ User Account được mở ra > bấm chọn Administrator[Computer Administrator] (tên mặc định sẽ như vậy và có thể thay đổi tùy thuộc vào tên do bác đặt cho máy tính trong quá trình cài đặt Windows trước đó)
4. Chọn "Create a password" > nhập mật khẩu vào 2 field > bấm chọn nút "Create Password" để lưu thiết lập này (phần "password hint" dành cho câu gợi ý cho mật khẩu, có nghĩa là hệ thống sẽ đưa ra câu hỏi gợi ý, trong trường hợp người đặt quên mật khẩu. Có thể bỏ qua nếu mật khẩu không quá phức tạp).
5. Khởi động lại máy > màn hình chờ sẽ đòi mật khẩu để có thể đăng nhập > Okies!
